General Terms and Conditions

These general terms govern the contractual relationship between Net Expertise EURL and its clients, in the context of web development, mobile development, and digital consulting services. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Every project is subject to a free detailed quote, valid for 30 days. The order is confirmed upon written acceptance of the quote and payment of the defined deposit.

Timelines are defined in the quote. They begin upon receipt of the deposit and all necessary project materials (content, access, briefs). Any delay in providing materials by the client may result in a timeline extension.

Ownership of deliverables (source code, graphic elements) is transferred upon full payment. Until then, Net Expertise remains the sole owner of all completed work.

Each project includes a 1-month warranty from delivery, covering the correction of defects not attributable to the client. Beyond this period, a maintenance contract may be subscribed separately.

In the event of termination by the client, amounts already paid remain with Net Expertise in proportion to the work completed, without prejudice to any damages.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Algiers shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
